The Burns Real Estate Research Center

Welcome to The Burns Real Estate Research Center.  The purpose of the Center is two fold:

  1. The Center will examine and analyze important real estate and construction issues that face the industry.  Such issues will be the subject of seminars, symposiums, and other presentations.  They will also be examined by detailed white papers and other research documents.

  1. The second purpose of the Center is to act as a central clearing house and resource center for organizing and presenting research, factual information and data that is important to the real estate and construction management industries.  Such information will be organized via a database web site that, for the most part, aside from a regular summary on the economic position of the market, will collect and organize various links and databases that are already in the Denver Metropolitan market, allowing the user of the Center easy and quick access to important collections of information that already exist in the Denver Metro community, but which are not placed in an organized format for ready and easy access.  The real estate related links included currently are as follows:

General  Management  International  Appraisal  Economic Info  Brokers & Brokerage Info  Stocks  Consulting
Residential  Commercial  Law  1031  Prognostication  Symposium  Sponsors
